We saw evidence of a new Jefferson state in the area but I don't think California will go for it.

Our back yard is busy with a pair of chestnut backed chickadees feeding their babies.

For Beth's birthday we had Sandra and Norm, Julie and Denis over for a BBQ with her new gift. We also celebrated with our House Church by going out for lunch at the Oriental Buffet. For our 47th Anniversary we went out to lunch at Applebees.

Mother's Day was very nice with lots of calls from the boys and their families. Flowers made the day very special. We went out to breakfast with Julie and Denis.

May was a full month, Beth went to Faith Center's Women's retreat and had a wonderful rich time. Made some new friends so that was very special.

Tom found a log splitter at a garage sale and caught his finger in it so he received six stitches. Here are some blooms in our yard.

Jeff, Jonny and Ben came for a 5 day visit for their Easter break. They arrived to a Easter egg hunt as they walked up the stairs and thru the house and out to the back yard. They loved it!

Faith Center Church asked our friend Dale Loyd to make four 5' stain glass windows for the tower in the church.

The Arcata Christian School celebrated their 40th year anniversary so they invited us to speak and have a table with friends.

Matt flew home to work and Terri and the kids came here for a week.
